We can ship products anywhere within the United States using either USPS or UPS as shipping providers. Generally, orders will typically ship within 4 days from the customer’s order date on average. Shipping Charges -our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected.

Return Policy/Cancellations
Custom Items/Firepits are non-refundable. We cannot accept the cancellation of an item, as all items are custom made to order. We will have time invested in getting your product to you from the moment your order is placed.
